Well... he pleaded... ranted... the normal. But it had nothing to do with his being caught.

OK guys... this has gone on long enough.
And while it's been fun, it doesn't match some of the earlier games.

Probably only about 6.5 on a 1 to 10 scale.

So here is the deal.
You both know that some of EVC's post were made from the exact same server and IP address that AH usually uses.
And we know it too...

Fine... if it was a game you guys set up... I don't care.
But one of you gets suspended. If EVC can prove that AH got his password from his PROT log on... you are toast AH. If AH can prove that EVC gave him the password, and it was all a game, EVC gets wacked.

So... I'm going to let this thread stay open so you can make your own defenses... And if neither one of you is believable, you both get the ax.

Have fun guys...

Ming can I make a couple of points?

Let's say hypothetically you are correct

1. I already confessed - that normally means you avoid a ban for D/Ls

2. Using someone else's account with their permission is not however banned by the blessed FAQ (all bow to the FAQ, amen).

3. To save my arse you are asking me to rat on someone and as you know I would never do that

4. EVC seems to be having a bad day and I don't want to make it worse by revealing the explosive information I hold.

I throw myself (yet again) on the mercy of the court

However, let me point out that you used somebody else's account. That is NOT the same as saying, Oh, I created this DL, please delete.
(However, if you claim that EVC is only a DL of yours, then you are correct and we can just delete that log on )

If you had permission... fine... but that brings up other issues, and he gets the ax...

If you didn't... then...

So that's what it really comes down to.
