Nearly forgot to comment some diplomatic proposals.

I have offered a peacetreaty to all - except the americans.

Now you all have noticed the problem with a nation without a real leader. I suggest, that you - my present enemies - split the rest of the american nation up between us as a legal treassure-hunt. I know the position of 2 american cities, where 1 city will be destroyed if I take it (size 1) and the other at the highest a city size 1 after being conquered. As you see, I have not much to gain. I do not know what you can get.

Take my offer and let this war end before anyone gets really hurt (me fx ). The english will be allowed to keep what they have taken on french soil.
