As to the second part of your question - you brought it on yourself. As you may recall Solver, most of us had never heard of you, but you made an unprovoked attack on me and other OT regulars when someone had the temerity (in your eyes) to suggest my name for a Faces interview instead of just another of your boring and unknown PEBM buddies.

Its pretty much been open season on Solver ever since. You really need to apologise to us unless you want to be a permanent figure of fun.

Just another classic example that in some cases (and not you AH, because you actually still post on topic as well as off) that there is a "divide" between those that still come here to post about games... and those that no longer do (or never did) and mostly post in the OTF.

Actually I don't - just the occasional flick at him for fun whenever he kicks it off again. He keeps bringing it up again - he's a bloody troll if you ask me.

Very true - we're pretty much on a level - but if he wants to attack people he has to expect retaliation. I don't go after him, its too easy.

Actually most of the Solver bashing has moved offsite anyway and is nobly being taken forward by others. He's not really up to it and should have just shut up.

Yes... I'm very glad there are so many things we can agree on

If you will remember, I was a firm supporter of having your interview done, and that it be posted as a regular one instead of just a thread in the OTF.

I still think that the series should include ALL the different segments of the community. Because it is ALL THE DIFFERENT segments that makes Apolyton so very special to most of us.

Oh... and by the way... talk about envy... You are just pissed that I might get two pages, and you didn't even rate a regular feature

Let's try to get it over as serious people... one of the reasons you didn't know anything about me is that I am a strict on-topicer and on-topicers are often unknow by OTF posters. Especially taking in account it all took place before the release of Civ 3, and then I was mainly posting in the CtP and SMAC sections.

I guess I might have made a mistake by interviewing two SMACers in the first 3 interviews, but what the heck... Actually, I only started getting feedback on the whole Faces series *after* I made the first three interviews. FoA #3 was still unpublished, but I've already submitted it to Markos & Dan then.

Then the whole Solver bashing threads came, but I got some useful feedback out of it. Then I interviewed Yin, and I consider this to be the best interview out of the six I have made.

Though I guess the Ming interview is going to be something... and BTW, Horse, do you really think the President is as important as Ming is?

Oh, and as for the apologies . We can forever argue on whether was the attack with reason or without, but I won't apology to you - at least not before you apology to me. While I've made my attack and shut up, you continue to laugh at me. And while I really enjoy when people see me as fun (remember the Interview with Solver that EyesofNight made?), I don't think you were laughing exactly about the right things .

For instance, you mostly prefer to laugh about my English language. Sure, you are a native English speaker, and it's easy for you to do that, but I do know English pretty well and am learning it all the time. If I ever see you speaking Russian, that will be a good laugh for me...

Edit: Saddam, you support me? Eh...
