Oh, thanks History. I won't start studying Latin until this August, I am afraid.

KASS!!!
We have sent you not one but TWO messages and are in the process of returning the Terran prisoners. But what do we get in return??? Nothing...
Sorry, but I just couldn't resist lashing out... |
Hey, cut me some slack here! Mah post is goin', it's goin'!
Ok, some things to note:
About Sym.
I didn't have time to finish my part on him yet - so please, don't post anything about him, not until I'm done with him.
Btw, if you can't find him in the post, too bad.
About Battle of Samnos
I was thinking - now the ECSN is in place - so what about the Hive comes in now?
Also, I believe I have responded to any possible message. I have declared war on the MI, officially, and the Conclave.
The Novan clan shall be next in line, aye?
Ok, going to post the darn thing...

Kass, sorry for lashing out. Forgive me?
But what exactly are Greg and Filkins doing??? And Mr Missym? He was meant to assume Office Kain's identity! (look at moi's post before the last one) So probably Mr Myssym Kain
So, what exactly do you mean by:
quote: Because of this, the Coalition wishes that if either one of both of these stations submit to you, the Maya station is emptied of Titanian sympathizers, with the loyal Coalition citizens, infrastructure and operations left for the Coalition to rehabitate.
You can have the Aztec station, however, on the condition that the agricultural hardware and components of our choice be removed and shipped to Maya station. |
Please explain it to me here. I do not understand.
I am confused because if you force the Maya station to be emptied of Saturn Kingdom's sympathisers, this suggests ethical "cleaning" of your "territories". We might appeal to TA if you force their "removal" from any station orbiting Titan. And we will not stop any military action their rebel forces might take in case bloodshed breaks out.
And yet you forbid us the rightful ownership of the Saturnian moons??? We will be sending diplomatic teams to discuss our relations in very near future.
Maria Sanchez's plans for the forseable future are:
* Legalise the Kingdom's ownership of the Saturnian territories and moons
* Finish the covert deals with Morgan
* If bloodshed occurs around the SSSH colonies, covertly finance rebelions
* If violence escalates then build up Navies and hire Belters
...( far later)
* Unify the whole Saturn region under the Saturn Kingdom's banner
* Secure the heir to the Saturnian throne by making Nicholas Populos' son her legal heir. BTW his name will be Konstantin
* Open up relations with every other faction and stay out of wars as much as possible
* Encase the Saturn region in the most powerful defences awailable
....(possible exotic plans)
* Finance rebellions on the Jovian moons
* Attack EC's military outposts on the outer planets
I wonder what our relations with the Hive would be throughout all this...

I don't believe Morgan would see it as prudent to respond to Kass's declaration of war, except to offer peace talks.
Next in the Samnos and Naxos fights...Kass, Franky, will you both converge on Samnos and Naxos simualtenously, or one at a time? Either way, both attacks will cost you, even now my men know of your arrival!!
Kass, what happened to Kvaener? His death scene has a remarkably Morganish ring to it.
Sovereign-- Happy Birthday!!
Cyber-- I know this is kinda odd to ask, but why will the British Popullus have a son named Konstantin? Is the girl Russian or Eastern European? I think that Nicholas, who seems to be a Brit with a Greek last name, would more likely call him 'Constantine'.
Sprayber-- You can assume thus. We will, when we think it prudent, inform you covertly. We hide nothing from our allies.

Thanks Franky. When old Sym does get to you guys, I trust you'll make him a very rich man...
Good to hear from you, Mr. President, and looking forward to the next chapter of The Hunt. I think you are right that BAC is too military oriented, and I would like to read more civilian posts, as I don't think they are boring at all. I was thinking of doing one myself soon concerning a casino on Pollux C.
As for Morgan's rant, thanks. I've never heard of Mr. il-Vec, I must confess, but I'm sure that if you find his works to be good I would most probably agree (as it looks like we agree on other books, namely Lord of the Rings!).
Looking forward to blowing up some Terran and Hive ships. You guys don't mind if I take down some frigates, do you?

TA-DAAAA !
Hi guys!
Long time, no see...
I haven't been on much for quite some time now, since I haven't had all that much spare time to sit down and play with my computer and a good chunk of the time that I have had has been spent playing Civ III, but... well, yesterday I was on here for a while and posted some pictures in the Off-Topic forum, History Guy sent me a PM, and... well, here I am!
Now, what I'd like to do is to take some time to read up on the story before jumping into it so I won't just be running blind. I know I've said this before and ended up doing precisely nothing, but... well, I'll try not to let that happen this time!
More later!

*rubs eyes* Looks at the visitor *rubs eyes again*
welcome back my friend. Lots of things have happend since your last visit. Tragedies in real life have taken their tolls for a lot of us in the BAC universe, but we go on with the story. It's good to have a familiar face back.

Sure, just make sure you are fast when transmitting, the Battle Squadrons there can be quite trigger happy...
Sprayber: Whoopsy-daisy...
Cybergod:
The deal is:
The stations want to Titan, right?
We ship the Titan sympathizers (probably 99.99 % of the pop) from the other station to the other and take the empty station to ourselves. You can have the other station. Sure, it can sound like ethnical cleansing, but it's really just a matter of keeping a foothold down there.
On Greg, Filkins, an Mr. 'Myssym':
Uh, well, maybe Sym wanted to use his imagination?
The idea of fixing them together for a short while was really, really tempting. But, I assure you, I'll release hold of him soon enough.
History:
Hmm, well, that's what I had in mind...
Of course, it could be someone else, staging the M.I.A.; it would be easy for them to get the blame, as there's full scale shooting war going on anyhow.
Oh, and take some frigates, sure. We wouldn't want to give the false impression of godhood, invulnerability etc.
Battle of Samnos:
The ECSN is now in place, around the First Planet (name of which I didn't want to make up). Maybe now's the time for the Hive to make it's grand appearance? The EC could stand by in awe for a moment as the Hive ships deal out some punishment and then the Terrans could join in the festivities.
Guardian:
Franky: Well, I was sorta expecting that the Hive get rummaging about it at first; besides, I would expect Samnos be obliterated so that the GHE can have some standpoint in the dialogue.
Ragnarok:
It's the spinoff - sorry if the plug smack middle of the story was kinda blatant.

Sprayber-- Percisely, if this does escalate, I want only Morgan, Kessel, Terra, and Yang involved for a while.
I am going to do a post soon about the Morgan Metropolis complex on Cyrus' number one planet. It is a resort that attracts Morganites and foreigners alike. Besides the breaktaking views from the resort's position atop the highest mountain of any recorded moon or satellite, the seas are quite nice for a dip as well. The moon is 70% water. The resort, Morgan's Hideaway, is home to huge swimming pools and saunas, sports and game buildings, a restaurant/theater, and it's famous casino. A certain Tracking Officer will be paying a visit due to a prolonged holiday granted to him for his meritorius action in revealing the Terran's message to the Hive.
Guardian-- Hey! There you are! Glad you were still interested!
Kass-- Samnos and Naxos are simply two large moons around a small gas-planet known as Crete. The two moons are called the Cycladic Moons. When you attack you will be up against, on Samnos, elite militia units, as well as two squadrons of fighters and one frigate. There is 14 orbital platforms and one orbital cannon. The area is under the command of a Morganite Admiral, now, who plans the defense. There are two governors, instead of one, thanks to Franky, who govern each moon. Naxos is a different story, that is heavily defended.
I can blow up your frigates? Man, I have tears in my eyes now...I can't wait!

Exactly where on the map are these. You guys aren't talking about the So called Morgan coperate sector are you. Don't forget that there are Spartan ships in that area since it is basically cut off from the main Morgan area. That is very close to Gaian and Uni territory.
