AGAIN?! Guy, what's happening?! I've already played this turn!
And again: DON'T SEND ME EMAILS TO VITOLG@YAHOO.COM, USE ONLY VITOLG@SYMPATICO.CA.
Looking forward for new turn. Or let me know if I am supposed to re-sent the latest turn to DeVil or anybody else.

Yes I heard that, the reason I do not consider it is because air units, space included do not have the expel command. So much for common practice....Only certain land and sea units have that ability. Would you like to try again same question how did you expel a unit with no units capable of doing it in the area...
Game is on hold till we figure it out so lets try again.

I should had post the 2nd version of PBEM rules long ago on March when 90% had been completed.
There is a line which forbits any utilization of a bug that might affect the directly or indirectly other players.
Could someone post a full list of these commands so I can add them in my list?

From the Canadian front news:
"Multitude of nuclear weapons" that is the report from command central.
Today it was announced Canada has an extensive nuclear arsenal. The numbers are believed to be extensive but the picture shows a bleak trend in the world today.
Our allies have started posturing says the commander in chief of the combined armed forces Ruben Honeyed.
We have seen an increase in hostilities rather than trade or commerce. We have taken it upon ourselves to arm with a massive deterrent of mass destructive weapons. Each city now has it's own nuclear deterrent Ruben states. We hope our allies are standing strong with us but we have seen shifts of policies that are disturbing. Our space fleet has been enhanced; our sea fairing units have also been strengthened. Land units have now been put on alert and the reserves called up.
We will stop at no length to ensure our nations right to survive. In today's climate that also means dooms day Ruben said. Should all nukes be launched the world as we know it will cease to exist.
With such distructive power we hope our allies and newfound friends will be more responsive to diplomatic endeavors. We have sent messages of peace to all our friends and ally and await their responses.
Ruben also stated "we would strike first as a deterrent". That has been the policy and no change has been ordered said Ruben. When asked if we would use the nuclear arsenals on first strikes Ruben answer was clear and matter of fact. "We built these weapons for defense but let me make it clear they are there to be used by the Central Command for any purpose the president orders."
In other news:
Several projects are in the works some say these world-leading accomplishments will set the world on its side. In a few weeks the development of a non- polluting space station will be seen.
On the home front:
We as with the rest of the world have taken on the task of cleaning the pollution left behind from the small wars that plagued the world so many years back. It was reported by the health ministry that in fact all clean up should commence with in two years.
The stock markets are soaring today. All stocks have done nothing but gain for some time now. The economic forecast is bright and on par with expectations. The technology sectors are particularly strong as is the manufacturing sectors.
