The beginning of the end. Stalin is nowhere to be found, but is believed to be enjoying capitalist gluttony in Tahiti. Mass looting has broken out in the unoccupied territories, and thousands of refugees are desperately trying to get to the Japanese front lines where they believe they'll receive better treatment than their counterparts in Moscow.
In the lands too far west to escape from, many citizens are already writing lists of innocent people they'd like to report to the Einsatzgruppen when they arrive. Either to settle old scores or to ingratiate themselves with their new rulers, or perhaps both.
Meanwhile Soviet citizens and the battered remnants of the Red Army, both held at gunpoint by the inexorable NKVD, have begun systematic destruction of Russia's remaining industrial capability, and a paltry few divisions have been rushed to take out as many fascist pigs as we can before the end. As a final slap in the face, a worker batallion from Moscow has snuck behind the German lines and destroyed an industrial complex outside Kalinin. 
We fear not the loss of the Soviet nation-state, for the true revolution will come soon enough.

Leningrad falls! German panzergruppe Nord has detached its corps of Engineers and, recieving reinforcements from the Moscow salient, has plowed through Soviet defences and attacked the city of Leningrad, which has had its defences pounded into the ground and has fallen. Despite the cowardly citizens taking up arms against their German overlords, it is sure that these criminals will be hunted down and destroyed soon. The fall of Leningrad marks the final end of the dirty communist regime in the world, and the hallmark of a new era where the superiority of the German race will be demonstrated.
Chancellor Hitler has informed the Japanese that unfortunately all our efforts were geared to the Leningrad offensive, and that our troops in Moscow had been given leave, but has stated that next turn the Luftwaffe will be taking to the air once again to terminate partisan activities in the Urals. Chancellor Hitler has also staked a claim on the city of Gorkiy, asking the Japanese not to seize it, and has declared 'everything west of the Caspian sea right unto the Atlantic' to be the rightful lebensraum of the Greater III Deutsches Reich, exempting the city of Kuwait and Africa south of the Equator.
Additionally, he has staked a claim to the oilfields west of the Caspian sea at point 99,31, formerly of the German city of Astrakhan, which shall be rebuilt with fresh settlers from the Reich to populate the Russian plains with the superior Germanic race.
