after the completion of mono it might be interesting to put our tax at maximum so we can rushbuild if neccessary.When the building(Mikes) is finished I'll try to trade as many techs as possible.(if ppl allow it.

Methinks we should entice some volunteers to pilot some triremes out to sea to find more new civilizations, then.
