The austrian empire seems to be in a state of trouble. The Germans and French are on the verge of conquests. The rest of the world is fighting for survival. Britain seems to be fighting a war of the seas. Russia has collapsed from the mightly German armies. Italy is rebuilding from the crushing French occupations and the Ottoman empire seems to be too distanct from the scene.
The Austrian people in these times of trouble continue turning to their emperor. Emperor Civfan sends out the usual cheers and urges its allies to continue the fighting.
News from the Austrian armies office is:
New recruits are continuing as planned.
Defenses are continuing to be developed.
Austrian offence PLAN Trouba is in place.

With the surprising revival of the Italian Military, Operation “secure Italy” was canceled. However operation “Liberate the Orthodox” is now underway, Turkish troops landed in Black Sea port of Krasnodar this year and proceeded to liberate the cities of Rostov, Tsaritsyn, saratov, Tambov, Penza, Samara and Riazan in Eastern Russia.
To Italy: We are glad we signed an alliance; we have repaid your 50 and have given you two techs for your future development. Also a defensive army has taken its place in your country in case France attempts to invade again.
To Austria: We have opened a second front; hopefully this will give you some relief. Keep up the good work.
To Russia: Please hold on or if you wish your general A.I. to play, please gift me your units so that I may make use of them.

I like to be the first to propose a deal to my allies on how we should divide up our spoils from the Bordem alliance. I will be the first to declare the city of Berlin as a part of the Austrian empire.
We should make some form of an agreement as we all know that Germany and France will eventually be crushed by are united troops. Since I think Germany will be the first victium, we should arrange for which cities to take under our empires. The British, Ottomans, Italians and to the defeated Russia, lets propose the deal soon because we all know once these two countries are in ruins, we might begin fighting with ourselfs!

BRITAIN CONQUERED!!!  (well, mostly)
- Intelligence has reported for months that NO cities on the British Isles had any organized ground fortifications except for their two naval bases of Aberdeen and Scapa Flow. After the fall of Berlin, our vengeful people got a hankerin' for some capital-capturin', so we pushed ahead the invasion already scheduled for this year.
Even after the Austrians heartlessly slaughtered 10 units of our invasion force as they slept in the barracks of Berlin, we were still able to succeed with some units recently rushed to completion and garrisons from as far away as Siberia.
The industrial heart of England now flies the colors of the Reich, as Manchester, Birmingham, Norwich, Bristol, Ipswich, and LONDON all fell in a matter of weeks!  Surplus infantry forces pushed onward to capture the Channel ports, but they only managed to capture Plymouth and nearly empty Southampton. We are also glad to report that we destroyed an unknown 7 units southwest of London, that were for some reason stacked.
The German fleet now dominates the North Sea, our original forces are well defended and will survive for continued advances, and new troops will be arriving soon. Britain's fate is now sealed.
- On the way to Britain from Kiel, our sailors were shocked to see a single British battleship surrounded by our dozens of vessels. After a good half hour of laughing at it, we were forced to sink it.
- German marines have also conquered Norway, brushing aside a petty one-unit British garrison. 
- Due to our emphasis on the west, very few forces were available to finish off the JOKE of a Turkish offensive in Russia. Regardless, the infantry we could scrape up retook Riazan, Tambov, Voronezh, Penza, Samara. Saratov now lays in ashes.

NOW shall we discuss dividing the spoils?
Seriously though, you can probably beat me even now if you play as well as you have.  Your home cities are almost impossible to take, with rough terrain, city walls, and (I'm guessing) machine guns, since you obviously have the Advanced Ballistics tech if you took Berlin. Given that, and the fact that France is thoroughly defeated, and the fact that Turkey is untouched, and the fact that Italy is still a viable power, and the fact that the British Mediterranean Fleet is still alive and well, and the fact that you just wiped out the 10+ offensive units that were healing in Berlin, I'd say I'll still lose even when Britain's out of the picture.

Emperor Civfan urges Britain to continue the war. The lost of such key cities can be avenched.
In internal news:
Much of the last few months have been a success in the redevelopement of the infrustruction of the Austrian empire. Military factories and defenses have been put in place and a new tactical system for the field army is moving in stage developement 2. Its a far shame to what was expected of the country several years ago but I guess it takes a war to get a country and its leader into gear!

The dividing of spoils will be something the Austrian emperor will seem happy to do. But for such things to happen Germany has to surrender to the Austrian empire. An all right out surrender will benefit us all.
Germany can continue as a nation but limits will be put in place to create world peace. The surrendering of cities to Russia , the windraw of German armies from Britain will have to take place by next turn.
Alliance with France termininated!
A cooling time from war of 15 turns should be put in place.
This is just Austria's proposal to Germany.
Since Austria, Russia and Germany have been fighting since day two, I think its best for Austria to dictate terms of surrender of Germany and end this bordem war.
I will not divide Germany up but I will ask for some trade offs!

Since Austria is the nation to be the LEAST damaged by this war (if anything they've benefited from it), the Emperor should be the last person to dictate peace. The greatest cities of every nation lie in ruins, while your citizens ski and drink champagne.  Austria had to do nothing but sit and watch to become the post powerful state on the planet, and now you think you have the right to define the New Europe? The only negotiations we will ever undergo would be with a resurrected League of Nations, with every nation having a vote and a majority vote passing any potential agreement.
Therefore we will make the following proposal to the League (duly noting that we are open to changes):
Germany would be willing to give Russia and Britain back to their remaining armies (with the exceptions of Vilna, Liepa, Riga, and Stavanger), give the Low Countries to Britain, and leave Dresden, Breslau, and Regensburg under Austrian control. Concessions of French territory in Spain might be in order but I cannot speak for them.
