First... I have changed my stance on issues in the past. Not often, but I have.

Second... It's really up to the owners of the site. They are in charge. But I will say, I won't release him unless they instruct me to. And if he is released, he will not be cut ANY SLACK by me, so I figure he would only get restricted again VERY quickly...
