You make reports? You don't even have the game and you can't even read the saved game files. I would think a Foreign Minister should at least be able to look at the file.

If you want to Nimitz you can give info about the foreign civs information we need to get the Foreign Office going, but at the moment I am using the screenshots which I given to members!
