There is a lawsuit going on in Texas about this. A neighbor of a gay couple called the police and claimed the two were drug pushers or something like that. A policeman sent to investigate knocked on the door and then went around to the side of the house. Peering through the bedroom window, he saw the couple in, er, mid flagrante delicto. He arrested them and they were charged under the state's sodomy law and convicted. The couple's challenge to the law is expected to reach the Supreme Court.
