despite my personal beliefs to the contrary, I am changing my opinion in agreement with the AAAC's policies and I say cavebear must follow what the people say, even if shade doesnt want a city named after him

I don't really care if you name a city after me,It would be nice but I surely will not make any fuss about it when it doesn't happen.

BUT WHAT I AM AGAINST IS THE RENAMING OF CITIES WE ALREADY HAVE BUILD OURSELVES.(eg Rivertown, why does it has to be renamed????)I have no problem with making up a list the prez can follow when building new cities and renaming cities we CONQUER but I say leave the cities we already have so long alone.

It seemed to me that something ceremonial like that was a job for the President, but as a purely practical matter, new cities have to be named while the President is playing anyway.
