Suffering from ads?

Theater - Jacked around a lot on Speech team, made it to the finals in the first tournament of the National competition as a result (but I was subsequently disqualified for being an *******).

Work - Successfully failed to find a job. Or maybe I failed successfully? Who knows. Regardless (irregardless?), I'm taking the summer off before I join the rat race.

Sports - I beat the pants off of my opponent in racquetball yesterday. I developed a killer new serve last month, and he still hasn't figured out how to beat it. Wutang!

Siring - No kids.

Scholastics - I are smart.

International Politics - I've successfully avoided any and all ME threads.

So 10 points used to be an A grade at A-level? It's now 120.

Should I do this? Oh well, here goes.

Scholastics: I graduated 3rd out of a total class of 1800 at Virginia Polytechnic Institute. ( The 2 ahead of me were education majors. ) I have two advanced degrees, a Ph.D. in Anatomy and a M.D. I graduating from medical school 2nd in a class of about 100. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Arts: errrrr, I did a French play ( can't remember the title ) and had a minor role in "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" in college.

Siring: One girl, age 11 and one boy age 7.

Sports: I joined a pee wee league football team once, but when it folded after two months of practice, but before the season began, I was so heartbroken that I never tried out for any sport ever again.

Sports-like amazing things I've done include bouncing off a speeding car, landing on my feet after being pushed head-first out of a second story window, and surviving a hanging.

When I was 8, I got a hat-trick playing for an under-12s cricket side.

When I was around 14, I and two friends raised over £1000 for a terminally ill guy who went to our school by holding an all day football game. I somehow obtained two complete sets of football kits from local businesses, and our efforts got a decent sized report in the local paper.

Was a member in the first Apolyton meeting.

Fair play for carrying on, but you must be boxing with some serious useless opponents if the can't beat a 1-armed man. I'd fancy my chances against Montoya if he had one arm tied behind his back.

I fought someone who has thaiboxed for several years, actually
Boxing is less about punching and more about moving and footwork, I think. If you can get someone to overextend, give you an opening, you can throw whatever you want.

It's like someone else said in another thread sometime ago...it gets real boring in the country. If you're ever in a situation where you have kids, especially older ones and you're thinking about moving to the country to provide a better atmosphere for raising them, think long and hard about how such a move will affect the kids in question. Sometimes a change in environment isn't really what's needed.
