well it was an idea , a long , looong time ago , ....a leader should also bring some influence to the civ , of course the leader would grow old , and , ......perish , ......like after 30-40 turns , .....in the mean time his influence should work like a golden age , ....less coruption , ....more research , ......a discount on certain buildings , ...all depending on the civ abilities of course , ....
