What astonishes me, is that this is not in the OT forum...

But about the topic: I find that joke to be amusing, not offending in any way. But that doesn't tell anything about the morale of the joke - It only tells about my sense of humour (which is the size of this planet).

Thus, it's a matter of taste. And I just have to wonder, who was the SOB who said:"you cannot argue about taste"... If you cannot argue about taste, what can you argue about? Facts? I don't think so...

Going back to the original topic. I've noticed that a fair proportion of adverts here in the UK feature a stupid man and a scornful woman of the stupid man. Yet if you turned the gender roles around then you would be accused of being sexist.

It is interesting the amount of men that have been so pussywhipped that they can accept their own implied stupidity in these kind of jokes.

So whereas I'm not offended by the joke I do agree it is sexist and I think being sexist is wrong.
