Max, I would recommend you wait until Sunday.
I will post the revised, 2nd edition of the PBEM rules.
Then you can propose this rule there for public review.
FYI PBEM rules 2.0 are ready since the previous week and has been already sent to a couple recepients for preview.
I can send you a copy if you'd like but I take no comments regarding it's content until they are posted.
