Ok, a poll, a legal formualtion, a presidential signature......

Panag, I don't care if his screenshots are pink. The graphics mods just alter the graphics of his game on his computer, when he sends it to the next president thier screenshots might be blue, but my point is it does nothing to interfere with actually gameplay. and if you're confused as to what something on the maps is just ask.

you are missing the point , the point is some people wanted to do this , but they never got the change , when they propposed about it , they got a big ; NO MODS , ...
so , its a bit unfair then to those people , ...that is all

and this is not about gameplay , the big deal is , that some citizen's where put in a corner , and told No , only to see a bit later a big Yes , ....

point , that is it , and a graphic mod is a graphic mod .
when someone say's , no , no mods , no graphics , no rules , ....fine , but then next time the people saying no , should listen first to the people , "before" they start to scream "no" , ......that is the point .

THIS IS A GRAPHICS MOD. TRIP DID NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE RULES. JUST BECAUSE THE GRAPHICS ARE CHANGED DOES NOT MEAN THE RULES WERE.
