Also, it is definetly not going too slowly(apart from the diplomacy, there you're probably right). But on the turns, one per day was too fast, I have a life you know, and I can't do this every hour of the day!

The duifficulty here is that the players move their men more than theyu diplomacize, which is 1 of the reasons SNESA's are unmodded.
