Trip: Yes, I agree a minister could have aides without a specific amendment. Like I said, what I like about this is the impeachment clause; while I hope it never needs to be used should this amendment pass, it's a good thing to have just in case, IMHO.

I also voted no. The reasons being that I believe it is entirelly up the minister himself to decide whether he needs help and who it is to help him. There is though a need to limit the power of these aides, they should at least not be able to issue commands.
