use the sound recorder which is in your start menu (if you have a PC)
go start, then programs and accessories
then go entertainment
it should be there (at least is in Win2k and I think in the other versions of win)
if it is not try using your search command
if you use Mac it should be easy but I do not know how to do it

Thanks. I found the program but the problem is nothing happens when I have it plugged in. I don't think my computer recognizes it. Time to go flipping through the control panel

Agghhhh! Ok so I have it working out so that I can hear my voice from the speakers when testing. Now all I need is to know how to record. I click record and shout into the mic (and can hear it in the speakers)... but nothing is being recorded.
Help!!! I really want to share my f*cked up voice

so on sound recorder you press record
then you start speaking
then you press stop?
if not what do you do (I used the sound recorder)
