Since the Polls don't OFFICIALLY close till Saturday, it will be some time after that. We plan on organizing with all the Ministers and setting times that will be condusive to the largest number of Ministers as possible. I would expect Sunday at the earliest, and likely sometime in the teusday/wed area. Part of our original plan is to have SET days/times so that one does not have to constantly check this looking for the next time, but rather just know that (for example) chats are alway on Teus and Sat at 5:00 pm EST. This will also make it easier for threads to be constructed for public input on the next turn, hopefully involving more of the public whether or not they can make the actual chat.
