and yaaa its france....

France is decent, but I find that the AI does best with Persia, hands down. That is why I started picking Persia...so that I would not have to face them.

Maybe 1.29f improved it, but there was no noticeable reduction in corruption with older versions. That's why Commercial is broken.

Correction: Commercial WAS broken. It's NOT anymore.
