Unfortunately I am in a difficult position here. Anyone who has looked at my profile will be aware that I am a student. Also, most people will be aware that it is almost christmas. For me, that means travelling to the other end of the UK for 3 weeks, whereupon I will not have access to either the internet, or to CTP.
So you see, I have a problem. I do not want you to stop playing if you intend to carry on playing over christmas, however, I do not want everyone to get miffed with me for not playing myself and allowing the AI to run the show.
So, unless anyone has any suggestions I'm afraid that as of Saturday December 18th I will be unavailable to play, up unitl (sorry guys) January 10th next millenium (or next year if you believe the millenium is being celebrated early).
If the game has not made it to me be Saturday Decamber 18th, please set me to AI, and have a merry christmas and a happy new year.
Sorry to be a pain guys, I don't see what else I can do.

Hey guys, I don't want to cause unnecessary hassle here. Admitedly, the idea of not losing out due to the AI is appealing, but it will cause extra work for Swissy this Yuletide.
No offence Swissy, but there is the issue of not wanting to give one player an advantage over the others.
But then you did start the whole game off, and so know alot about our civilisations anyway.
I guess the rest of you guys should let us know what you think.

Ok then, I guess that's settled it then. I have no problem with Swissy taking over, and it seems nobody else does either.

I think Demos will be able play his turn today. So you should get a turn on Saturday or sunday.
