Shavlor the mighty has heard lots of rumors of both the austrailians and the welsh ploting against him. He is deeply sorry that the Austrailians dislike diplomats seeking to establish closer links. And the Welsh bittering madly over a simply horseman who is only guarding a narrow peice of land from unwanted barbarians and the like. Shavlor's wisemen told him that these other nations are probably just jealious of the Roman's excellent lands. Shavlor is indeed sorry that his neighbors can't find peace with out bittering.

Your propaganda does not fool us Shavlor. Like the Australians, we Welsh would find peace if you were to stop thy foul ways. The Welsh have repeatedly made it clear that we are a peace loving race. We enjoy our beer, our singing, our hills, our sheep, er, yeah, anyway, we are a peaceful race, but your border activities are making your neighbours uncomfortable and wary.
