Not so, SL3. Obsoleting designs doesn't have this effect...RETIRING does. If you RETIRE an inherent design, one of those designated with an * rather than a numeral, all human players lose all of their units of that design. (IIRC, those designs are: scout patrol, former, probe team, transport foil, supply crawler and colony pod.) Units lost in this fashion will not come back. If you want to continue the game, eiter play on without them (NOT recommended!) or replay from the turn of the player who committed the retirement.

the turn i got sent 2127, still had the scouts missing. so i need someone to send me an earlier turn.
as for retire, is there an actual button for that? cuz i don't remember hitting it. i think i just made the scout obsolete.

FlameFlash and KH2 were either of you missing your scouts during your last turn. How about everyone send me the last turn they played and I will find out when the scouts first start missing. SMH send me your last two turns, the last one that you played when everything was okay and this last turn you received that is missing the scouts.

Unfortunately I've deleted all of my turns from my hard drive. I suggest finding 2126 from one of the other two players. Prefferably the one just before me.
Once again, I'm sorry I can't continue with this game, but University has taken up most of my time.

I received turn 2125 from Flame to SMH and played several turns for all players and there were no problems. I did not receieve any turns from SMH or KH2. Since SMH is no longer playing does Flame and KH2 want to continue this game with a sub/replacement player? Do you want me to post for a replacement player? Let me know, I will hold on to this turn and send it to the new player with the password.
