Carly, leader of the Canadian people, would like to Welcom the Dutch Diplomats to his country. We grant the Dutch to establish an embassy in our capital city Montreal.
We on the other hand have docked at the dutch border. A diplomat is awaiting to get on land. With would like to get permission to establish an embassy in one of the Dutch cities to improve our relationship.

Frazer most holy leader of the Scots made the following plea:
The Innocent peace-loving nation of Scotland is under attack from our neighbours the Dutch. The Scottish are a relatively weak nation in comparison to the dominant Dutch. There is no reason for their invasion on our territory other their expansionist ambitions. Any world leader of a Civilised nation who takes a morale responsibility for world politics should not hesitate in voicing condemnation for this action.
The nation of Scotland is at the mercy of the Civilised world.
Please act to stop this outrage.
Slamp and your nation beware. Scotland may be a small peaceful nation but we have dealt a fatal blow to many a barbarian . The Scots are strong and loyal and as long as a Scottish heart beats we will defend our land to the vary last.
If we go down we will take you with us
If you opt for peace long may it reign.
