I've got to have a minor op tomorrow, Thursday, so I will not be around from 14.00GMT for 24 Hours. With the pace of this game I guess it shouldn't be an issue but if it causes any annoyance set me to AI.
BTW. That was a pretty shabby insult Lung. I had assumed the same etiquette would apply on Forums as on NG's but it appears not. I am disappointed but at least I now know you better.

Turn 100 to Lung.
Two more of the 'primitives' have departed to greet once again their ancestors but what a heavy price we have paid.
The fair City of Bath is no more. The horror that has befallen the English people will never be forgotten in London and revenge will be ours. Let all the primitives of the North know that the fate of their oriental mercenaries will soon be shared by them all!
Jon has spoken.

Turn 104 to Lung
Good King Jon hopes that with the return of it's rightful leader Australia will rediscover her senses and seek again the way of peace.
To the Primitives of the North.
Revenge is indeed a sweet drink and one that we will taste again soon! Dance round your Totem Poles while you may for soon you will join the ancestors whom you do so revere.

Peace has been offered to the English. While Lung the Legendary regrets our acts of war, he defends General Don's authority to take whatever action is deemed necessary to defend the soveriegnty of the Australian people. Lung the Legendary acknowledges that hostilities have been committed by both sides, but sincerely believes that peace is the right and just path, and that the English and Australian peoples can settle their differences.
The English cleric committed an act of war, but we accept that this particular act of war was first committed by an Australian cleric. However, his death was precedented by the death of the Australian cleric. The annihilation of English samurai, while harsh, was justified retribution for the repeated pirating of Australian trade routes and the cold-blooded murder of our merchants.
While some extremists call for the blood of Jon the Merciless of the English, wisdom dictates that peace can be the salvation of both empires. Lung the Legendary offers peace to the English. It is suggested that any religious conversions, pirating, tresspassing, or unprovoked attack on each others peoples or soldiers be quite reasonably considered an act of war.
Let it be known to the world that Lung the Legendary acts in good fath.

I am glad that wisdom has triumphed over bloodlust and that Australia has chosen the path of peace.
