No, I didn't leave...
I had quite a lot of people on my buddy list, because I posted in threads they participated in and I wanted to see whether they are online.
I sometimes declare people to be my buddy ( ), if I think that their posts are interesting and then I look from time to time, whether they posted something new.

After reading this thread and the confusion I apparently caused, I decided to tidy up my list....

This is one more reason why I am not so thrilled about this feature.

The truuth: I have no idea anymore why you are on my list, but I had a time when I bookmarked people who had made some interesting comments (Mostly about Civ3.) Idea was that instead of reading all the threads I could eventually just follow those who i have on my list.

And once you enter the system - you stay in the system and have no rights anymore. (Compare: Franz Kafka - The Process )

Finally about me: I'm who I am and me myself and I.
What more do you need or want to know?
(I was involved in Civ3 -the list v1 some years ago. Now I mostly hang in OT - Suomithreadi and talk rubbish in Finnish.)

And still only one how has bookmarked me
