Vilnius TV Tower at celebration of year 2000 (this is not the nicest picture, it doesn't shows the top with laser lights and huge light symbolising star of Betlehem. Also not all fireworks are shown here. I can tell that tower really looked great in those girlandaes of lights).

I am going to probably try and go to San Diego, even the city is conservative there. I am not going anywhere near SF. As I said I would rather live in Bogota.

Thanks SuperSneak for the pics.. Oregon is truly a beautfiul state. I like it a lot. Fortunately, I have the opportunity to come there in a couple of months, and of course do some snowboarding at Mt. Hood! Can't WAIT!
Plus Portland is nice too, it's very very clean. I got the picture that it's pretty safe too, and people are sure nice.

I went to Portland once. I went into a little tiny strip club there. The only one I ever went to in Portland.

Anyway, a couple years later, I was watching a movie called "Brainsmasher: A Love Story" with Andrew "dice" clay and Terri Hatcher. They get chased into this strip club with a big, huge marquee, when they go inside, Lo and Behold, it was the one little dive I had been in years earlier.

Tuberski, Yeah . There's lots of movies made in there.. it's nice when often I get to think 'I was just there...' .
It might be a bit lame to think that's fun, but then again I don't mind that.

Okay there is another reason why I don't like SF, it is muchly too modern... there needs to be some old buildings in a city I would like. Sure San Diego was nice but it lacked old buildings... that is what I dislike about US cities.

That's hard to do in SanFran, the buildings keep getting destroyed (ie 1906 earthquake).

I have to say that I was very impressed by the beautiful old townhouses that have been restored and beautified by the San Fran community. Those were certainly old enough for me.

I'd reccomend Boston to you Fez, considering it's got lots of neat old buildings, a great culture, and is consistently rated as among America's finest cities, but I'm not sure you could… handle it.
