Greetings to the assyrians.
We get your words of peace and cooperation and we are looking forward to see these words come true. We are always willing to buy goods, so if you have to spare any, we will probably are able to make a deal that suits booth of us.
Also, we want you to know, that you do not have to fear anything from our exploring units. Yes, they carry weapons, but this is to defend themselfs. We won't start any aggresive act against you, as long as you will keep peace yourself.
As soon as we come in range of one of your cities, we will draw back this troops, I promise. Of course, we except you to do the same, when one of your units come close to one of our cities.
Aaginor, King of the Inca

The Egyptians finally found the water needed to expand their empire.
Franses appears to be a bit overwhelmed lately. The older he gets, the faster time seems to evolve. He hardly has any time left to look after his harem. But... he loves ruling and is willing to give up some (not to much) pleasures for it.
He, I have not been here for a while. Sorry. I understand that you want to rank this game and that you can only do that if I do something. Don't worry, I will if you want me to. Just tell me what to do. If you want me to do it fast, mail me.
Franses
PS: Thank you Birdman for your respect. I appreciate that. Lets hope we meet somewhere in this, what looks like an empty world to the Egyptians.

No, no, no, King Thor! You don't have to resign, you can just state that "you don't want this game to be rated FOR YOU". There are enough rated players playing this game to be considered a rated game. You can keep playing without worrying about your rating. That's one of the good things about this system. If you start to lose bad, you can just bow out of the ratings at the 10 turn mark, but continue on playing (without being rated)!! (The ten turn mark is key. Once you decide to make it rated, you can't bow out until the NEXT ten turn mark.)
Edit: This 'bow out' rule might be modified if we use the "elimination" rule that we are discussing in the "Winning in Civilization?" thread.

Does anybody know where the turn is. Haven't seen it for more then a week now. Same, by the way, is true for Midway. Is the same person gone?
