Good Day all!

Question Temp subbing is non-rated for the temp as far as playing a rated game.

Is temp subbing counted as playing a rated turn?
I mean the player who you are temping for continues to be rated even though you are temping their turn so would you be playing a rated turn?

Yes Blackice,

Turn ..0 (10, 20, 30, ... etc.) is the only turn that a player can switch from unrated to rated (or vice versa with a heavy penalty). Anything that happens in between these turns is inconsequential as far as who substitutes for the permanent player. Only when the sub becomes "permanent" (on turn ..0) will the sub become "rated" in that game.

So do I have this right playing a sub counts as playing a rated turn but you do not get rated for the game, right? Just for playing a rated turn.

Solver, I think we all agreed at an earlier stage, that all games was rated an a "9" turn.

Personally I would not be able to remember if I have to report this game at turn *9 and the other at turn *0.
