Just one question: When voting for a game, should we then also mention if we're voting for the game+addon, or just the game?

Like if someone only likes Civ3 because of PTW, should he/she then vote for Civ3 - PTW, or just Civ3?

I'd say: Just for the game, not the addon

But what do you others think?

I believe add ons are part of the serie. Next year this is something to discuss about it.
eg. I would never vote CTP2 unmodded. But with the add ons of the modders it will come in the first place

Wittlich youve got 2 more votes there, seeing as civ3ptw + civ2tot = Civ and CTP + CTP2 = CTP.

The next poll i think you should be able to vote for an addon alone, even if it does need the original game. So i could vote for PTW, but thats unlikely. So theres no need to mention why your voting for that particular series yet, unless you want to of course.

Regarding the game vs add-ons for next years poll, that is an interesting question and I would like to hear more people's views on this. I can guarantee that unofficial mods won't be included (makes it way too complicated), but should official add-ons be included, or just the standard game?
