I apologise for haven't start this game yet and have put it away for so long. It's just that I have been focusing most of my free time on the new company we are trying to establish with Quinns, you and the rest. I will probably (80%) take a week off next week so I believe I will find some time for this game too. The general idea was to try to make a Mod to be able to automatically discover every advance your allies discover, see all the areas the other allies see and distribute the start locations to have the one team in the one hemisphere and the other to the other hemisphere.
Quinns has accepted my request to moderate this game when it will start which means he will responsible to play the delayed turns.
And yes, it will be rated with the standard rules of the CTP Ratings just like every other rated game.
