The poll is already closed but :
- I don't think we have any chance to be the first for philosophy, because we are late in science.
- OK for disovery of Republic, but changing from moarchy to republic needs a poll : with such so little cities, I'm not sure we may develop them under Republic : one shield for each unit is a huge cost !
- About WoW, we have to decide what kind : I'm not a fan of HG, interesting early, but quickly perimed. I like GreatWall to protect our development, and Mike's for happiness, then Leo's to spare building new units... and if we have not a SSC, no use to let sciences WoW (Cope's and Newton's) to others !

I'm going to go with Republic as my first reccommendation for tech to research since it is only one tech and we can start on the next tree quickly instead of having to research 2 or three techs to research before starting on everyone else's requests.

so tech path will be: republic->mysticism->philosophy->then either pottery or monotheism
