JPWW, of course someone will team with you, obviously teams got organised as per who posted- Please, unless you really want to withdraw, it is very early days, - I guess the obvious thin is that at present you would take over and partner Blackice, who will moderate these games, but I will moderate another game involving you and Blackice and say the Eskimos?? Makes perfect sense we should have five teams, with one team member moderating??
It would not be the same if you were not involved!!!!

Guys,
I understand you have been trying to find a way to alternate PBEM and multiplayer. Me and my sons did this partially although the multiplayer part not using the Internet but a LAN instead. The procedure we followed was:
1. Start a new PBEM game
2. Save the game and store it in the mp directory
3. Load it as a multiplayer game
4. Multiplay it
5. Save the Multiplayer game
6. Send it around as a normal PBEM game
Strangely enough we did not succeed to transfer it back again to a multiplayer game. With a hotseat game it is no problem but that will not help us out here (unless.....). Yet, starting the first part of a game in multiplayer mode is great in itself.
Unfortunately the Midgets have a problem because we are using the Internet through a Proxy server (MS proxy server, version 2). Only the system that is directly connected to the Internet is able to multiplay. If someone could help us with that we would appreciate it.

Hey Gavrushka I'm sorry for not replay to the challenge, I just re-read the thread and see you want to play vs. Ezquimo (me and quinns).
Let me ask him to accept the challenge, do you agree?

OK. I am in for it but where can I find the standard Keygen rules?
I assume that cheating is not allowed? I ask because I understood that this is happening a lot in GL.

Cool, thx 420, and thx for all your work on this Blackice. Just to add some of my own preferences, I prefer diversity, deity level, raging hordes, and a regular map. I'm pretty flexible on all this though, I don't mind compromising.
About the future web-site too, it's still on the cards, ok. I haven't forgotten about it. I'm just trying to do too many things at the same time as gaming and life stuff. Looking for a new house to move to and all that. I'll eventually code a few things and put up a little demo version somewhere to test out. I can't really put a time frame on it at the moment, sorry. Lots of things to do for a change
What I can do for now though is put up a basic hotmail page, to list our pbem tribes, members, game moderators and game wins/losses. Let me know anything else you want included and I'll see if it's easy to setup for the temporary page or if I should add it to the major project in the future.
