What a chat!
It started out well, with all the deals working out as we planned. Then we had some network problems so we had to move to Undernet. Afterwards we got back together and started the assault on Pasargadae, which was the emotional downfall of this turnchat, if you will - 1 elite, 2 veteran and 1 regular swordsmen lost to kill 2 regular fortified spearmen in the city of Pasargadae, but at least WE GOT PASARGADAE!!
Then we started 310AD, and OPD was all sleepy and wanted to end the turnchat so he doesn't make any mistakes. We did a pretty standard move, attack a persian archer that showed up two tiles west of Willsbury, and then there was silence.
And then there was ANOTHER GREAT LEADER!!!
And then there was me telling OPD that this better not be a prank or he'll be sorry. Like, who-the-hell-cut-off-my-tongue sorry. After OPD convinced me that this isn't a prank I got all the colored balloons and the party hats and we had a party.
Ok, I made the last part up.
Anyway, this was truly a grand finale, I'm sure you'd all agree!!

I'll post a screenshot Cheops, our glorious leader, later this night.
Btw, it looks to me like we'll be doing the next turnchat in Undernet.

The chat was a bit of a mess due to the new administration (always happens on the first chat), DALNet, etc, but wow. That's awsome!!!

Sounds like a great turnchat wish I could have been there oh well. Well the loses in pasargadae weren't totally unexpected, after all the were fortified and in a city g>6 so there defense was 3.5, still a steep price to pay, but oh well that is life, but at least we can upgrade some more knights and kick butt. I still would like permission to attack persopolis and think we can win with a force of 5 knights+ our sword and a catapult. After that they will break i think. The GL was AWESOME and more than makes up for the losses. Maybe we can hold off using him until we see if we can take the rest of the persian homeland. After persopolis it want be long.

Now I have vented a little, great stuff! Sounds like everything but the chatroom itself went fine. IF all our turns are like THIS.......

And listen to MarkG - that chat still isn't completely fixed. It may be great when all the bugs are workes out, but right now the 'Poly chat is a right pain in the proverbial.

Actually, your logic is wrong.
A good General must have luck. Therefore, if one is a good general he has luck: Good General -> Luck.
Aggie has luck, therefore if one is Aggie, he has luck: Aggie -> Luck.
To conclude that Aggie is a good General (Aggie -> Good General) from the two previous statements is therefore wrong.

A better Syllogism:
- Lucky people often make good generals: Lucky -> Often good General.
- Aggie is lucky: Aggie -> Lucky.
- Conclusion thereof, Aggie is often a good General: Aggie -> Lucky -> Often good General.
