I´m curious, what´s the problem with adding another smiley?
Why does it take such a long time? It´s because they are busy or just because they don´t care? I mean is it difficult? (I don´t know that´s why I´m asking)

It can't be much harder than with Invasion Board or phpBB, so I would say that they're simply too busy or not interested.
