First will definitely be the Celts. Brennus looks cool, the Gallic Swordsman looks cool and I will easily overpower my enemies (since hoarding up warriors in anticipation of a swordsman upgrade is one of my favourite unit-building strategies).
Next will be the Spanish. Explorers be damned, they have a better unit to use to pillage the enemy.
After that, the Vikings. Marine units before cities become so huge and defensible seem too good to refuse.
Carthaginians following that. Finally, there is a Commercial/Industrious civ with a decent UU.
