I believe people kill each other not because they are humourless (although that doesn't help), but because they aren't getting enough sex. We all know how homicidal I get when I go long periods without sex

So I'm guessing the Germans did not get much sex back in those day. I don't think Hitlers mistress gave Hitler much sex. She probably had a headache most of the time.

It also explains the Japanese hostility. And because they still lead the world in lack of sex, I see the Japanese attacking someone soon. Although they seem to ease their frustrations on inappropiate porn of young girls. So that situation is iffy.

And I'm guess OBL doesn't get any. No woman would want to do it in a dirty cave anyways.

And we can all assume the sniper can't get any action.

My solution? aside from legalized prostitution I say we send out naked prostitutes in the DC area to get this guy some action, then the killings may stop.

I think this last one may scare him off for a bit. He came very close to getting caught, as several witnesses saw him. I am amazed he navigated his way in that area so well. That is not an easy place to drive around in, as rush hour traffic pretty much lasts until 10 PM. 7 Corners has a lot of weird catty-corner streets and stuff like that. He was either incredibly skillful at getting away or very lucky.

according to headline news:

olive or dark-skinned. possibly of Italian or middle eastern origin.

So there is a possiblity of this being terrorist related, although it doesn't fit most terrorist profiles. But we can't expect the usual terror attacks now can we. Maybe jimmytrick (I think it was him who said it was a muslim) was right.
