Marital Status: Widowed
Location: Still has his cabin but hasn't been there since he became Trade advisor years ago. He doesn't have a set home, is always traveling either checking up on his armies or visiting villages and cities checking up on the people. Has a personal messaging service that sends messages straight to his co-consuls and back.

Markings: a small scar above is right eye reopened. Has a hole in his shoulder at the moment. A few whip scars on his back.

Goal: Same as always. Keep Apolyton safe, prevent civil war. All lives can go to hell for all he cares, he only cares for his troops and the innocent people of Apolyton.

Strengths: Knows how to inspire his troops and gain ultimate loyalty from them. Military genius in tactics and strategy. Innovative and original. In battle, his mere presence on the field accounts for thousands of men for the inspirations and high morale he imposes on the common soldier. Loyalty is also gained because of his personal bravery when he charges into battle alongside his men while recieving many battle wounds throughout his campaigns. Honest. Is a superb expert in horseback riding, sword fighting, and marksman. Also knows how to fire cannons and use artillery effectively. Studied the art of war his entire life, studied the capabilities of most countries around him.

Weaknesses: Gets a little too brutal at times. Too harsh sometimes, not really made for the political stage. Is not a political genius but tries to use his military capabilities in the political realm. When he battles he battles close to a death wish, charging at enemy lines with impunity and sheer will. When he enters battle in person, he tries to stay out of it to command the battle as much as he can before he enters it but when he does he risks losing sight of other aspects of the battle in other arenas. Places too much trust in Mellian's goodness, hoping to prevent civil war peacefully. This approach is disagreed by his co-consuls but he convinced them to stay calm and hope Mellian won't launch movement. This approach also makes him lose his chances to take the initiative against possible ARM violence.

Other: Somewhat doesn't like Germans for he was tortured by them in an operation in their territory when he led the Wolf Battalion, thus his scars on his back. He knows German, Russian, and Spanish. Currently trying to learn Iroquoi considering the event that occurred involving civman the Iroqoui. He also despises traitors in the most highest degree, he is unlikely to negotiate to traitors especially the violent ones, he will usually torture them to death if he captures them.

Short Bio

Saffla Chuko was born to a noble family. However, in his youth, his family was butchered by the moderators troops for knowing a secret that could destroy the Dynasty. Saffla swore to gain vengance on the Moderator. Eventully, he gained the rank of Colonel of the Apolyton Garrason. Soon after, being promoted to General in charge of the moderators guard. Rebellion was forced apon him, and soon found himself alone against a superior enemy. In his haste, he ordered his troops to march to Apolyton City to burn it to the ground. In an orgy of blood and death, his troops massicered many villagers on the way. Chuko was eventuly defeated by his cousin, Drako, yet, Drako spared his life. He fled from apolyton, on the fear of death, and eventully became a wanderer on the Red River Plains, where he remains today
