Are you guys still recruiting?

Sir Ralph PM'd me about this (I had no idea this was even being set up), and I am interested. I've never done a demo game before, and I'm a little hazy on how it works (exactly what issues are put to a vote, how fast these things tend to move... stuff like that).

In my experience, any team needs its starters and its bench players. I'm thinking of a benchwarmer role for myself, if you'll have me.

We had put you on our "Recruitment wish-list".
(we had stopped taking people, but yesterday we decided that 13 people wasn't enough so we're looking for a few more.)

If you join our civgroup and wait for NYE to authorise you then you can see and post in our private team forum.

As to what issues are put to vote... well, that depends on the team. In some teams, everything. In ours, as little as possible. we'll discuss every aspect of the game to try and decide what would be best for us to do, but we'd only do a formal vote if there seemed to be two equally viable options. Stuff like Tech research, city build queues etc. etc.

Ah well... I guess I can't stay behind either So If you would have me, I'd like to join too, under one condition: we are here to have fun, sure, but foremost we are here to bash some heads

One remark, though, I don't have PTW ATM, and it will likely take a while before I got my hands on it. And I've got a few other things to spend my free time on too, I can't promise to be online all the time. But I'd like to spend some time with you guys!

This is kind of becoming the dream team, I guess... I fear for some of the discussions on the private forum -- micromanaging hell One of the things is that viewing some of the members here, archer rushes are becoming more and more likely, I'm curious how this will work in game.

About 80% determined.
It's a big decision and there are many good Civs, but we've nearly picked one.
It's kind of a state secret so I can't post it here, but you'll see a few threads on it in our private forum when you get there.
