Edit:
Forget court... the question that this ends to... is the person committing the crime of trust against the artist have any decency? Any decency whatsoever? Or is he representing the worst corruption of society? In this case he is. I find his methods and ways disgusting and he deserves to be in jail.
In jail because he has no respect for what other people accomplish with their skills. We cannot live just to be unprotected because of theives. I am sick of crooks and theives. A crook went to the first site I made on my own (without templates, this one isn't on anymore) and stole it. You know how I felt when I heard of the news? I no longer make my own website without a ready made free template but when I heard this I was shocked. People in this world who do such things are the lowest type of human being in the world.
Why am I slamming AH for this? I value my work highly. Very highly. I am proud of the work I did in my art. And I believe it is a good quality of my character. I take pride in my work.
That is my .02 cents on the corruption in this world and why people like AH represent those filthy injustices. Was I harsh in this statement? Damn right I was. Was it deserved? Damn right it was.

fez, you should be proud of people stealing your work, it shows that they cant afford its high value and thus have to steal it
