No, once you've clicked on change region, it should give youn the option 'join a region' with a pulldown. Select Apolyton from there and you're in.

The UN is seperate.

Apolyton is listed under U.N. regions. I clicked join. there is only 1 nation there. I don't recognize it.

It's Tass' nation. Mine doesn't show up on that screen for some reason, although it says it is so in my nation screen

I'm just moving out and in again to see if it shows up then.

And People's republic sounds too communist. I'm not a communist nation. What's a good libertarian name?

The issues affect your society in how you react to them. Switching to more issues means your nation will change more rapidly. What was the issue? How did you react?

A Libertarian name... How about 'Free Land' or 'Free Republic'?

Dissident: I can well imagine, with a Libertarian society, that the UN is not a good thing to join. Please do not feel pressured into doing so. I myself have reservations, but think it is a positive thing for my nation.

Wow, I didn't know I'd spawn a thread quite this lengthy. ^_~

Anyway, the majority of the action to be had is on the forums.. theoretically, anyway. Unfortunately, there are a LOT of stupid people there posting garbage like "My contry has develuped nuklear fusoin weppons ur al hsitory kthxbye", so it's not nearly as much fun as it could be.
