I have heard that New Zealand is real hard to immegrate to (I have freinds that want to, but cannot)

yeah we have most of those things. Well I haven't set foot in a libarary in quite a long time. But we do have internet access that is free (you may have to wait or schedule a time). Not sure what you mean about loans. We have banks for that . I think you can renew checked out books. But I don't even have a libary card- so may not be the best authority on that. There may be a limit, but it is pretty high.

Linux? possibly. DVD's. I doubt they have that though. We just have music cd's. DVD rentals are big business- and they would never offer something like that for free.
