A drug-using sex fiend is at least only affecting himself and those who choose to be drug-using sex fiends with him/her of their own free will.

You're stealing art that does not belong to you and making a profit on it against the will of the artist/creator. You're taking the hard work of others and making money off of it without any comparable effort.
