actually , i must confess it wasn't a computer issue.......

i was watching a movie and had icq phone going, i am not sure which dropped first the icq phone or the connection to the game.....

by the time i remmebered to look back.....(after a long silence on rahs end) i believe an hour had gone by

so my apologies, this one was completely my fault

Yes, being on ICQ phone during one of your drops always leads to a big DOH on my part. In the game, right after I get the "you have lost connection to War4" notification, I'll start asking over ICQ PHONE, "are you there War, are you there", needless to say, after you drop from the game, you've never been there. DOH.

yeah they were showing some stuff on gangs of new york, and i started tuning in......then before you knew it i looked at the screen and saw the dropped message screen and of course the red flow was on icq phone etc.....

that wasn't the issue, cuz had i noticed it right then and there i could have rejoined, it was the that did me in b/c i completely forgot i was playing you guys

well it wasn't just that, i had just given a hoot, then this program comes on with the real life history from the movie gangs of NY....i got so engrossed in the show, i didn't even clue in when rah and i lost connection on icq phone or on the game.....the show ended and i looked at the screen which still said, you have lost connection to the host computer.... i then noticed i had not heard from Rah in an hour, and felt really dumb....

dont think this has happened to me before

personally i think it was the program, and then i got talking to the gf....and well i was distracted after that...btw i rebooted it was a couple of hours later

Actually, I'm glad it was that, and not machine problems AGAIN. And in YOUR defense, that was the THIRD game of the evening. I know you get bored when you're always playing catch up (sorry couldn't pass that one up)
