Although I was using the Apolyton forums for Civ3 info, I went to the IG MOO3 forums first. They're very easy to get to. Just type "www.moo3.com" and click 2 times. One goes to the game's web site to see if there's any news, then clicks to the forums because the game's website has changed. So naturally there's more traffic and more complaints. Lots of people go to the IG forums just after seeing that game's website hasn't changed sustantially in over a month.
Occasionally there is a tidbit of news on the IG forums that makes looking at them worthwhile for me.

Wow, you really have no ****ing clue what youre talking about, do you? Ladies and gentlemen, behold the power of cheese....I mean ignorance.
Let me guess, someone "told" you what happened, but of course you didnt actually witness any of it yourself, did you, since most transpired over the sum of 4, count them 4, private messages, which you of course do NOT get to see. Am I right so far? Of course I am. I dont even use instant message services, at no point did I *EVER* personally attack him (or anyone for that matter. Being blunt and/or disagreement is NOT a personal attack), and the closest thing that could possibly have been considered a "personal attack" was when I pointed out a misspelling of *his* in a post that roundabout called *me* a name. And at no point did I EVER, EVER, EVER say anything about him being Greek. Please. Hopefully most people grew out of name-calling in high school
Heres an idea: from now on, know what youre talking about and have ALL the facts before you go posting something.

I have recently given up on the IG forums, for the reason stated in the first post. Except for one thread, a roleplaying one that has been going for several months, but the rest is chaotic (except for the AAR)

i don't think that the moo3 community is big enough to shut down the forums server. something probably got infected or shutdown or something...
which sucks because the past two weeks or so the forums have gotten a little calmer..
