There has been a decree by the High Admin Markos that no smilies shall be added for a while. We just had a flurry of new ones a few months ago, and we should really remove some of the current ones first. We had a thread in Apolyton Community about the matter a while ago, and the :jawdrop: smiley was, as usual, featured there, but to no avail.
