Btw, is the 10% lux slider really necessary?
I may be missing something, but I see only a few cities that suffer from so much WW that they need help with happiness, and these few cities can use an entertainer until the war is over; IMHO, this doesn't justify losing nearly 200 gold every turn because of the lux slider.

Yes I know panag. But I'm sure you know the President doesn't have to take "requests" from individual Senator's as to WHEN to hold a turnchat.

There are people there: the Prez, the VP, the SMC, the DM, all the Ra's....what, like 10 people altogether, maybe more? Not too many Senator's have shown up all that often.....
