Confidentially (sure on a wide open forum) to the casual observer, Texas does seem to be little more than an outdoor prison, but if you look a little more carefully at the people in your region, I'm sure you will see more than your fair share of mental midgets strolling about freely.

If we were the Romans, we would do what they did after conquering Carthage multiple times (tho carthage was 3, and Iraq would only be 2), slaughter the polulace, burn everything to the ground, and salt the earth so nothing would ever grow again... of course the Romans could get away with this cause even if anybody knew about it (no massmedia) nobody gave a **** back then...
It was brutal, and wrong, but it was damn sure to make anybody think twice before messing with the most powerful state in the known world.
